A collaborative project of the Commission on Information and Communications Technology - Human Capital Development Group and the Department of Education to define the national infocommunications technology competency standards for teacher. It is supported by various public and private interest groups who seek to improve pre-service and in-service trainings of teachers on the use of ICT in education.
